When I'm not doing philosophy, I'm usually riding one of my bikes. I've been riding bikes for years, though I only got back into racing over the past year or so. I'm currently racing for two teams, a collegiate and a bike shop club team. I race both road and mountain for the UGA collegiate cycling team and exclusively mountain bike for the Hub Bikes/Terrapin Brewing team. My focus is marathon/endurance type events with some cross-country thrown in for good measure. I prefer the longer race format of 6 and 12 hour solo events to the shorter (and usually extremely fast) 2+ hour XC events. The picture to the left is during the 6 Hours of Conyers race, this past September. I placed second in the 'Solo Sport' category.
